Marketplace operator
Golden Bay Holiday Homes facilitates stays in properties we manage. We act as a marketplace operator for GST purposes where applicable under New Zealand law.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been processed. House rules for each property form part of your agreement.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must respect occupancy limits, pets policies, quiet hours, and leave the property in a reasonable condition. Excess cleaning or damage may be charged.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
