Cancellation Policy
These terms apply to direct bookings made through Golden Bay Holiday Homes. OTA bookings follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform.
14 days or more before check-in
Full refund of the accommodation total (excluding non-refundable fees if stated on your confirmation).
Within 14 days of check-in
50% of the accommodation total is retained.

Email admin@gbholidayhomes.co.nz or call us with your booking reference as soon as you know you need to change plans.
